2. Rush production and express shipping may be available. With rush production, the production time is usually around 1–2 weeks. With express shipping, delivery usually takes around 4–7 days. Please contact us first to confirm availability and the additional cost.
Modifications, Cancellations, and Damage Handling
1. We will send confirmation photos during production or before the item is completed. You may discuss possible adjustments with us during the confirmation stage. However, once the piece has been baked/hardened and assembled, changes can no longer be made.
2. Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, a cancellation fee may be charged depending on the production progress, as the item is made specifically according to your order.
3. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. Include photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will review the situation and advise you on the appropriate solution.

1. Generally, a larger size allows for better proportions and more detailed sculpting.
2. The price listed is for ONE PERSON, it does not include props or additional accessories such as glasses, jewelry, furniture, bags, cars, tools, flowers, or similar items. These details require extra time and materials to create, so an additional fee may apply. Of course, we will do our best to carefully recreate every small detail.
3. We will do our best to make the final piece as close as possible to the confirmed reference photo. However, due to the handmade nature of the work, the characteristics of the materials, and the natural limitations of handcrafting, we cannot guarantee that the finished piece will be 100% identical to the photo or an exact replica.
