How do I order a custom bobblehead or personalized figurine?

Choose the product style you like, select the size and customization options, then place your order. After ordering, email us your reference photos, order number and customization details.

What kind of photos should I send?

Clear front-facing photos work best. Please send photos with good lighting where the face is not covered by sunglasses, masks, strong shadows or blurry filters. If possible, send several photos from different angles.

For the best result, please also send photos of the hairstyle, outfit, body pose, shoes, accessories and any details you want us to include.

Can you make a custom figure from multiple photos?

Yes. We can use one photo for the face, another for the hairstyle, another for the outfit, and another for the pose. Please explain clearly which photo should be used for each detail.

Can you make custom bobbleheads from photos?

Yes. We create custom bobbleheads from customer photos. The face, hairstyle, outfit, pose, accessories and base can be personalized according to your order details.

Can you make personalized figurines from photos?

Yes. We make personalized figurines, custom mini figures, portrait figures and handmade keepsake figures from photos. These are popular for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, retirements and special gifts.

Can you make custom wedding cake toppers?

Yes. We can create custom wedding cake topper-style figurines, bride and groom figurines and couple bobbleheads from photos.

Please note that our figures are handmade keepsakes and display pieces. If you use the figure near food, please place it on a clean protective base and avoid direct contact with the cake.

Can you make custom pet figurines?

Yes. We can create custom dog figurines, cat figurines and other pet figures from photos. Please send clear photos showing your pet’s face, body, coat color, markings and natural posture.

Pet figurines are often ordered as birthday gifts for pet lovers, pet memorial gifts, dog memorial gifts, cat memorial keepsakes and home display pieces.

Can you make anime-style or chibi figures?

Yes. We can create custom anime-style figures, chibi figures, game character-inspired figures and VTuber-style figures from photos, drawings or design references.

Please only submit photos, artwork, logos or character references that you own or have permission to use.

Can you make a figure of a celebrity, movie character or famous person?

We can create handmade custom figures based on customer-provided references, but you must have the right or permission to use the photos, names, logos, characters or designs you submit. We may refuse orders that involve protected characters, brand logos or copyrighted designs without permission.

Will the figure look exactly like the photo?

Each custom figure is handmade, so it will not be a machine-perfect replica. We do our best to capture the likeness, expression, hairstyle, outfit, posture and important details while keeping the charm of handmade work.

Can I see the figure before shipping?

Yes. We send progress photos before shipping so you can review the important details. You can request reasonable adjustments during the proofing stage based on the confirmed order details.

What can be customized?

Depending on the product, you can customize the face, hairstyle, outfit, pose, accessories, props, base text, pet details, couple arrangement, wedding details and figure style.

Complex props, large accessories, detailed backgrounds or special bases may require an additional fee.

How long does it take to make a custom figure?

Production time depends on the product style, complexity and seasonal workload. Most custom figures require several weeks to create because each piece is handmade and reviewed before shipping.

If your order is for a birthday, wedding, anniversary or other fixed date, please contact us before ordering to confirm whether the deadline is possible.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush service may be available for some orders. Please contact us before ordering if you need your custom figure by a specific date.

What materials do you use?

Our custom figures are handmade with sculpting materials suitable for detailed personalized keepsakes and painted by hand. The exact material may vary by product style.

Are the figures toys?

Our figures are handmade decorative keepsakes, not children’s toys. They should be handled with care and kept away from small children, pets, high heat, direct sunlight and moisture.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to many countries with tracking. Shipping time depends on the destination, shipping method, customs processing and local delivery conditions.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change photos, details or shipping information. Changes are easier before production starts. Once production has begun, some changes may not be possible or may require an additional fee.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel for a full refund before production starts. Once custom work has begun, cancellation may only qualify for a partial refund depending on the production stage. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

What if my figure arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with a suitable solution.
