What's the process of making a custom bobblehead or figurine?
The entire process is as follows
1. Select the item you want and place order 
2. Send us the photos you want through email getudesignofficial@gmail.com 
3. We will confirm your requirements and quote you the price if there is any extra accessories or props you want before we start the work
4. After we confirm the details of your requirement, we will start to arrange the work and send you updates of sample photos for review and confirmation
5. We will ship out the parcel to your address and update the tracking number after your approval to the sample photos 

Can I make the bobblehead or figurine according to my requirements?

yes, this service is fully customized from your photos or ideas, which means you can mix the facial expression, hairstyle, pose, outfit, shoes, accessories, props, speical background from one photo, or you can mix all of them together from different photos.

How do I know if the results of the bobblehead or figurine meets my expectation？

We will send you sample photos for review and confirmation during every step of the process, including the face sample, the hairstyle sample, the torso sample, if you want to some amendments to the sample, and we will modify the sample based on the photos we confirmed till you approve. this means the entire process is under your control. 

What makes a good photo for customization?

A high-quality photo with clear lighting and visible facial details is ideal. Avoid overly bright or dark images. For best results, please provide a high resolution photo for the facial expression with straight front angle, close-up view.  

How long does it take to receive my custom bobblehead or figurine?

At uDesign gift, we offer flexible production and shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Service: 4-7 weeks, including 2-3 weeks economy shipping.
Rush Order Service: The production will be around 1-2 week, the shipping will take another 2-3 weeks, the price depends on your actual requirement and the size, please check the price first if you want this service
Express Shipping Service: 5-7 days express air shipping via FedEx/DHL/UPS , the production time is around 3-4 weeks, the price depends on the actual size of your requirement for the order, please check the price first if you want this service

Do you offer rush delivery options?
Yes, If you need it urgently, you can consider rush order service and express shipping service together, then you will receive it around 2-3 weeks. please check the price first before you place order

Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

Will my figurine look exactly like the photo?
We will try our best to sculpt it look as resemblle as possible with our convincing skills and method  to the photos we confirmed, due to the limitation of the raw material, actual small size, nature of handmade, we can't replicate a exact same doll as the photo, We capture the essence of the photo while maintaining artistic charm. if you are expecting a replica of a exact same one, please consider carefully before you place order

What materials are used for uDesign gift figurines?
We use eco-friendly, nontoxic polymer clay, known for its vibrant colors and durability, ensuring a lifelike and safe product.

Are all figurines the same size and what's the difference between different sizes?
Standard sizes are 7, 9.5, and 11.8 inches ( for the height of adults with standing posture). Normally the larger size, the better proportion and details, size small than 9.5 inches will lead the head look large compare to the torso proportional.  

Will my figurine arrive fully assembled?
Most figurines arrive fully assembled. Some may require minor assembly (e.g., attaching accessories) to ensure safe shipping, with easy instructions included.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all the payment on Shop payments for a seamless checkout experience.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure third-party platforms like PayPal and Stripe, ensuring your data is 100% protected.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost all the countries worldwide. Free shipping to US, most european countries, japan, southeast Asia.

There will be extra 25 USD per one item for UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, middle east countries.
