HOW TO CUSTOMIZE
1. Place the Order ( as long as you have a straight front angle, close-up view photo for the facial expression, then I can start to arrange the work)
2. Send me photos of the head ( facial expressions & hairstyles) and body (outfit) you want to make through a message on Etsy
3. I send you sample photos of three parts (head, hairstyle, and body) throughout the process for your review and modify them as you suggest.
4. After your approval, I will ship it to the address you provide

***ATTENTION
1. The price does not include additional accessories such as glasses, or jewelry.
2. It's best to choose a straight front profile picture for facial expressions
3. Full body customization allows you to combine faces, hairstyles, clothes, outfit with different photos or one photo

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Products are fully insured against any mishandling during shipment. And I will confirm 3 times during the whole process with you, so there is little chance you are not satisfied with the goods and you will receive broken goods. Due to the personalized nature of our products, once the design process has been started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. There will not be any exceptions made as there is cost associated with every single phase of the design process.
